FAQ

Can I wash my crash shorts/ pants?

Yes! Our crash apparel is cold machine washable. Be sure to take your pants out of the machine as soon as soon as its cycle has finished and hang out to airdry.

 

How I know what sizing will fit me best?

We recommend going by your largest hip size measurement. We need the crash pash to fit your hips and buttocks just right, We do not want them to move or stretch.

 

How much is shipping?

Delivery is FREE within Australia. All International orders are charged a $5 shipping fee. Express Post and DHL is also available at extra cost.

International orders are calculated on weight and destination. (Import tax and duty charges may be added by your country). Frozen Couture are not liable for any of these charges.

If you supply an incorrect address and your parcel is sent back to us (RTS) you will be notified and you will have to pay for the parcel to be re-sent.

 

How will my order be delivered?

All orders are delivered via Australia Post eParcel or DHL/ When we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with your Tracking Number.

You can track the delivery status of your order at: http://auspost.com.au/track. If you didn't receive your confirmation or shipping email, please check your email's Junk Folder :)

 

What if I am not there to accept my parcel?

All orders require a signature on delivery or can be 'Left in safe place'.  If no-one is able to sign for the package then a card will be left at the address, indicating where the parcel can be collected from (usually the nearest Australia Post outlet) or Nearest post shop

If you wish to have your parcel left at your shipping address if you are not home you will need to make arrangements with your countries mailing method. Frozen Couture will not take responsibility will be taken for missing items. You may want to send it to a business address instead, just don’t forget to include the business name!

 

Did you receive my order?

Your order confirmation will be sent to your provided email address immediately, If you cannot find it be sure sure to check your email's Junk Folder. If you have not received this, please contact us on info@frozencouture.com and we will get back to you as quick as possible :)

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

This may take a little longer at times as Frozen Couture apparel is one of a kind, made to order products. We hold minimal to no stock at any given time.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for item to be made and dispatched. All of our products are handmade very carefully with extreme love and care. Please be patient with us so we can give you our highest quality performance.  

 

Orders will be shipped on Wednesdays and Fridays with AusPost and daily for DHL Express shipping.
